How can you help?
Donate goods or services to be auctioned off at the event.
This year we are asking for donations to fill gift baskets for the silent auction, bottles of wine for the wine grab, desserts for the dessert table and unique experiences or items specifically for the live auction that you yourself would want. Gift Basket Themes: Baby Shower Unisex, Golf, Date Night, As Seen on TV, Movie/Popcorn, Coffee, Grilling, Cat and/or Dog, Crock-pot, Camping, Beach Bag, Wine & Cheese, Gardening, Car Care, Tailgating, Princess/Dress up & Housewarming. Please fill out a procurement form and turn donated items into the front office LABELED "Attn Auction Chair". Please let the front office staff know that you are donating to the auction. You can also contact us to arrange pickup or mail to school address.
Make a monetary donation to help support the auction and school programs.
Feel free to leave a cash/check donation with the front desk at the school. Be sure to seal and address the envelope "Attention Auction Committee".
Attend the auction and purchase items to support our kids.
Ticket sales start on February 1, 2017.
Donate desserts for the evening of the event.
